REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from River Place Quilt & Sew. However, we realize that an item may need to be returned. We will accept returns on items within 15 days from the date of purchase or shipment. Please note that all refunds will be given on a River Place Quilt & Sew gift card.

• Cut fabric cannot be returned unless it is flawed.
• All items returned must be in original condition.
• Please note that our website is secure. All orders are carefully handled and processed by qualified River Place Quilt & Sew staff.
• To insure full credit for your returns, please check your order immediately upon receipt.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items returned in non-sellable condition will be shipped back to sender, and no refund will be given.
  

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders usually ship within two business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most packages will be shipped via USPS. Larger boxes will ship via UPS.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of defective merchandise.
