River Place Quilt & Sew accepts Visa and Mastercard. In addition, we can also accept orders over the phone.

BLOCK OF THE MONTH POLICY

When you register for our Block of the Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire duration of the program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month based on the knowledge that you will continue for the entire program. Our calendar will contain the dates that the kits will be shipped each month or will be ready for in-store pickup. That is also the date that your credit card will be charged.

However, we know that sometimes things come up. If something happens that causes you to need to withdraw from the program, please let us know right away! Our registration fee is applied so that we may offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc. If you must cancel before the program is over, however, the registration fee is not refundable.

Don’t be afraid of mistakes! If you should make a small mistake on a particular piece of fabric, you can call and request a replacement. We are happy to accommodate when fabric is available, as long as this policy is not abused. If you make a large mistake we often have extra fabric you can purchase for a small price. Please call and discuss it with us if you have any problems.
